A low-technical-lift AI service for consultants and service providers

Build professional knowledge bases.Package the work as a $1,500 to $4,000+ client engagement.

Learn a plain-file method that runs from a paid context audit to a tested handoff, without coding, a vector database, a custom app, or a required platform.

The course discusses this as a pricing framework for full engagements. Scope and pricing vary. It is not a promise of clients or results.

10 modules  ·  10-stage practice build  ·  14 blank templates  ·  self-paced, lifetime access

Your practice build, not a client knowledge base we hand you. You build it yourself, from the blank templates and the method.

Feedback from Adam’s training and implementation work, not reviews of this course.

Zero fluff, all execution.

The problem you get called about

The prompt is not the problem. The context is.

People call it a second brain when it is personal. For a business, it needs to be a professional knowledge base: source-backed, testable, maintainable, and ready to hand over.

A business dumps its meeting notes, old strategy decks, and chat threads into one folder, points an AI at it, and gets fluent answers drawn from a pile nobody curated. Everything ingested, nothing differentiated. Two documents disagree, and the person who knew which one was right left months ago.

What a professional knowledge base is not

  • A shared drive that grew, rather than a system that was designed
  • A chatbot bolted onto whatever it could reach
  • A pile of PDFs nobody opens twice
  • A vector database, or any software you have to buy and babysit
  • A documentation project that was finished once and then abandoned

What it actually is

A maintained, source-backed set of structured notes that makes reliable context retrievable by people and by AI.

  • Maintained: someone owns it, and it changes on purpose
  • Source-backed: every claim traces to where it came from
  • Structured: known note types, so an answer is found, not hunted for

Step 1 · Modules 1, 4

Find what the business actually knows.

Not everything it has stored. You diagnose the context failure in writing, for money: the audit is a tripwire offer that stands on its own, not a free discovery call.

You produce, in your own practice build01-audit/context-health-report.md01-audit/audit-report.md

Step 2 · Modules 2, 3, 6

Give the material a shape someone can navigate.

Seven durable note types, plus the spine: the short note that orients everything else and points to the rest. Plain files first, so nothing is locked to a vendor.

You produce, in your own practice build01-audit/architecture-map.md02-working-copy/ (eight files + README)Spine + three populated notes

Step 3 · Module 5

Make every change deliberate, recorded, and reversible.

You draft in a working copy the client is not relying on, and publish on purpose. The changelog tells the story of the build. The access register records who can see and change what.

You produce, in your own practice build02-working-copy/CHANGELOG.md + ACCESS-REGISTER.md

Step 4 · Module 7

Connect it to the tools they already use.

A knowledge base nobody consults is a folder. Activation makes it the first thing the AI reaches for, with written boundaries on what it may answer from.

You produce, in your own practice build03-tests/activation-run.md + activation-boundaries.md

Step 5 · Module 8

Prove the right answer comes from the right note.

Written questions, known answers, known sources. An ungrounded answer sounds exactly like a grounded one, which is why this is a gate and not a nice to have.

You produce, in your own practice build03-tests/retrieval-test-results.md

Step 6 · Modules 9, 10

Hand it over so it keeps working without you.

They get the files, the access register, the changelog, and a maintenance routine they can run. Then you price the maintenance, because context decays whether or not anyone is watching it.

You produce, in your own practice build04-handoff/ packageOFFER.md

Breadth

10 modules, 10 build stages, one project you keep.

Every module opens with a video walkthrough, then a Build This Next block that advances the same practice build, then the written lesson. You pick one small business, project, or fictional client on day one and carry it the whole way.

Learning and implementation

What people say about learning and building with Adam.

Feedback from Adam’s training sessions, masterclasses, and webinars, not reviews of this course.

  • Want to say thank you for your masterclass. I have attended it live yesterday and its really amazing to know what one can achieve using the Claude. I have also started using it and at present in the learning phase. Reading your blog on How you built the PDP Forge, and subscribed for the waiting list too on the website. The prompt you have used are totally different as what others are using. The outcome driven prompts help me understand that instead of giving how to code, if I say what user will do on certain step really change the output.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not for.

For you if

  • You consult, freelance, or run a small services firm, and clients keep asking you about AI
  • You want a service line with a defensible process behind it, not a one-off experiment
  • You are willing to do the practice build, not only watch the videos

Not for you if

  • You want a personal-productivity or note-taking course. This is client delivery work.
  • You want software to install. This is a method, run on plain files.
  • You want to be handed a finished knowledge base to resell. You build your own.

Straight answers

The questions you are already asking.

Do I get a finished knowledge base I can hand a client?
No, and that is deliberate. You get the 14 blank templates, the method, and bounded examples, and you build a complete practice knowledge base yourself. A base you did not build is one you cannot maintain or defend.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can edit a text file and use an AI chat tool, you can do every module. No coding, no vector database, no API keys.
How long does it take?
It is self-paced, and the pace is yours. The work is the 10-stage build; the videos are short.
Are there live sessions?
No. You get the modules, the materials, the glossary, and the buyers community. No live calls are included with this course.
What if I already do knowledge-base work?
Then the value is the process and the artifacts: the audit as a paid tripwire, change control, the retrieval test suite as a gate, and the handoff package. Module 10 turns all of it into an offer you can price.
