You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

All content and functionality of our Services are owned by The Viable Edge and protected by intellectual property laws. Work product created specifically for you under a paid service agreement will be owned by you upon full payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE VIABLE EDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
